Alla Speranza is a family-run establishment comprising a hotel, restaurant and bar in the municipality of San Giorgio di Nogaro, offering hospitality and quality food in a quiet relaxing environment, a stone′s throw from the port and lagoon, and within easy reach of the motorway. The hotels guests mainly include contract workers, technicians and professionals who work for companies in the local Aussa Corno industrial area, but also by marine nautical workers on the River Corno and by tourists in transit to and from Eastern Europe. For our visitors there are 14 en-suite rooms with around twenty beds, and we offer guests the opportunity to taste some good local cuisine. Free internal parking is available for our clientele.
The hotel has 14 en-suite rooms, all traditionally and comfortably furnished. Maximum attention is paid to standards of cleanliness throughout. Rooms are equipped with satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. The property is fully wheelchair accessible.

At the bar we invite you to enjoy an extensive continental buffet breakfast. Throughout the day, the bar area is open to customers for lunch, pre-dinner drinks and cocktails, and, of course, high quality espresso coffee.
Fides is our restaurant cook and oversees the buildings general maintenance.
Nicola is our assistant cook and waiter, taking care of breakfasts in the bar and administrative tasks.
Alessandro is our bar waiter and takes care of hotel billing and guest registration.
Our experienced and professional staff help out in the kitchen and prepare the guest rooms.
Alla Speranza opened in 1978, the result of idea and passion of Mario and Fides. Fides had already run a restaurant business with her family′s guest house in Udine. She moved to San Giorgio di Nogaro after her marriage, and together with her husband, she decided to take the opportunity to return to work in the sector when the nearby restaurant was put up for sale. In the early 1980s, an extension was made with a new kitchen and dining room. In 1996-1997, a renovation of the old part from the foundations up was carried out: the current hotel was built with 14 en-suite rooms and the new bar area. In the 1990s, the couple′s children, Nicola and Alessandro, were included in the running of the business on a permanent basis.
